I read this story a while ago and then had the desire to read it again. I couldn't remember the name, nor could I remember who had written it, but I knew I just had to find it. The part that stuck out in my head was the toast at the beginning when she is sure he is a memory or a delusion or a ghost. I just absolutely love it!
