Wow! That was quite a tale, and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it.
A general problem with trio fics is establishing a believable scenario, and I think you've done that pretty well - flat sharing, unspoken fantasies and broody Hermione all building up to a situation in which something had to happen. And for me personally, the story is the better for avoiding graphic male slash.
Excellent smut, and all for charity - well done!
