That was very much in character, and I'm also one of the fans that wanted to see the entire wedding and a little more Trio freindship fluff in the book, without all the chaos and death eater dodging crap...
Poor Ginny, poor naive little Ginny... if only you really knew....

THIS is how Bill and Fleur's wedding chapter should have ended. Screw all that running through London crap. And I love that Ginny simply doesn't assume anything's different for some reason. I don't dislike her, I just never wanted her with Harry. And if Ron and Hermione had to be together, I wanted Harry with them. Is that so wrong?

Ah, Ginny! The power of a closed mind to see what it only wants to see. What you (and Mollly) would have thougth if you knew what /really/ went on here...
I find myself wondering exactly how much Harry, Ron and Hermione will rememeber when they wake up (with purgatorial hangovers, of course). Will they leap into this new lifestyle or will the embarrassment drive them apart? Only time will tell.
Surprisingly in-character for an adult-oriented story.
