Author's Response: I so loved Remus through Prisoner of Azkaban. He was the epitome of my Prince Charming. He won me over before I knew he had... Then, I felt like JKR ruined him. She took a character who was charming and winsome without trying and turned him into someone I no longer recognized. And the relationship between Remus and Tonks was just unhealthy. They drained the life from one another. It was parasitic.

That was terrific! I loved the intimacy of it, and think you captured Tonks perfectly. (I have such a soft spot for Charlie. Probably it's the dragons. smiling)
The only thing I didn't care for was the idea that Teddy belongs to Charlie. I think that taks a little away from her feelings for Remus. I like the idea that Tonks didn't exactly settle. I prefer to think that she had to choose between Prince Charming and Mr. Right.
