I like that Ernie is a bit powerless at the office. It makes him less pompous and more human. (And, I'm sure he'll be growing out of that powerlessness.) Nice work with the Dursleys, too!
Author's Response: Thank you. I wanted to try to keep some of Ernie's pomposity. He'll be back (with Lisa). The Dursleys were fun to write. -N-

As ever, thanks for the read! Ron's words seem to come straight from the mouth of a happily married and insightful man. Nice job!
Author's Response: Thanks, I'm sure that Hermione will have to put up with a lot from her husband, but Ron's not the mug people think her is. -N-

Oh I do love wedding stories. This chapter reminds me of shopping for my wedding dress. I tried on several, but when I tried on THE DRESS I imediately knew it was the right one and began to cry. I like how you give even the one shot characters, like Sandra, such distinctive personalities.
Author's Response: Thanks for the review. I have to say that the research for this chapter taught me a lot about dresses. I'm only glad no one checked my browsing history at the time. I've encountered both the snooty and the practical shop assistant in my time. -N-

What a great gift! I always love the way you portray such a true fondness amongst your characters.
Author's Response: Thank you. Apart from a couple of spectacular fallings out, Harry, Ron, and Hermione have been friends for (by the time of this story) half of their lives by this stage. Need I say more? -N-

This is so cute! What a fun story.
Author's Response: Thanks
This will count down to the wedding in a series of vaguely related episodes. It's more a collection of short stories than a novel. Next: A Dress
