I'm not sure how I even discovered your gem of a series - I spend more of my time on the Checkmated site so perhaps there was a referral there. I also usually don't read any fan fics started before HBP came out (I didn't discover HP fan fiction until after book 6 came out) but I'm very glad I made an exception for your story.

Your characters are beautifully drawn. Your Ron has to be one of the sexiest Rons I have ever had the pleasure to read but all of the characters are interesting and complex - just a fascinating study in how people become who they are through a combination of their personalities shaped by their personal experiences, friends and experiences.

All of the relationships in your story are so interesting with so many layers. I find Harry and Ginny's relationship fascinating - not sure where this is heading but they seem to have a long-term, comfortable relationship anyway, based on years of friendship. I'm not sure but did I catch something where Ginny is unable to get pregnant? Perhaps that is why she holds off Harry (because it seems like Harry would not be opposed to settle down with Ginny).

I also have thoroughly enjoyed the way you've portrayed Ron and Ginny - their closeness is really touching but you can tell they are siblings as well with their interactions. Wonderfully real portrayal of close siblings who know all the buttons to push but deep down are fiercely loyal to each other.

I love the way you have developed Ron and Hermione here - initially their passion winning out but then back to being uncertain in the feelings they share and not being able to deal with each other. You have chosen a very difficult theme (a woman choosing to get pregnant without letting the partner know - and I have known people who have done this) - and you have written the scenario in a very balanced way - no easy feat I am sure. But I can see and understand the perspectives of both Ron and Hermione and can feel and empathize with both of them. And all the scenes with Philip are beautifully written - you can just feel the love Ron and Hermione feel for this child - really touching!

I am thoroughly enjoying their gettng to know each other again - you write wonderful bedroom scenes. But I have to say Chapter 19 was equally hot leading us there and then fading out - fantastic!

Didn't mean to ramble on so (I'm not a writer myself but I do tend to get wordy in my reviews) but this is such a wonderful piece of fiction - I do hope you will be writing more?

I was so excited when I saw that you had updated this story (it felt like Christmas arrived a little early) and it was fantastic (as I knew it would be). I loved the way this all unfolded. First of all I really thought Molly's reaction, while not nice, was very realistically done - I can really imagine a mother reacting this way - especially when she's in total shock. It just seemed very real to me. 

I love the way you are unfolding Ron's and Hermione's relationship here - again I love the way they are beginning to understand each other - there is still an element of distrust - they have done each other wrong after all - but they are from what I can see coming to grips with the past and dealing with the present situation. (And I really can feel the love between them even if at this point they are afraid to go with it - as well as I get quite the feel of a family dynamic with Ron/Hermione and Philip - wonderful!)

And I believe I've said this before but I am going to say it again - you write the best Ron/Ginny relationship that I have ever read, bar none. I love the way they communicate with each other - the acceptance of each other - and it feels so right considering all that they have done with their lives and where they are going. 

I'm very much looking forward to the next chapter - Ron's flat - how they get along with the twins - Christmas - will Molly come around? I think I'm frothing at the mouth here - your writing is exquisite and I want more!
