I like this. I certainly think that you've captured the danger of a relationship with too much rowing in it. I'm not sure though if the ending feels hopeful or resigned and sad. Good writing, all the same.

This was beautiful. I love how you write about what's going on inside Ron's head. Is there going to be a sequel where they talk about what is hurting them both as I'd love to read it!
