Oh P, I loved so much this chapter.The scene between Hermione and Gus was lovelly and sexy, who resists to a bloke like him?
He made her going out with Ron!Gus is adorable indeed :)

The naiads scene was very creative and it has so many hints about our Ron´s feelings and motivations.When someone focus so hard on its job, many times it´s for forget a failed love....;)
You ´ve done a excellent job with Hermione, I love how her mind tricks her,I mean her love for Ron is so obvious that in the moment Ron enter inside the same place she is, she focus only on him.She wants hide it but she cant..."You can run but you can´t hide"heheh
I love how Ron was a mature, calm and smart man :)

I think I get the reason of Ron´s Hesitation about Hermione:he couldn´t believe he found his soul mate and the love of his life at eleven years old age...

Yes, I have seen Hermione's reaction in several actual cases that I have worked with in my job as a clinical psychologist (which you already knew by the time I responded to this).
